【ご登録情報の取扱について】

ご登録いただいた個人情報は、ご送付いただいたデータに記録されているものを、日本国内にある一般社団法人日本ファッション・ウィーク推進機構（以下、JFWO）と業務委託先のコンピュータに入力・保管して、適宜他の媒体に出力するなどして、以下目的のために利用致します。ご送付いただいた媒体については、TOKYO FASHION AWARD終了後3年間JFWOにて保管し、JFWOと業務委託先のコンピュータに入力した情報については、TOKYO FASHION AWARD終了後3年間JFWOと業務委託先のコンピュータ内で保管し、紙媒体等に出力したものはものについては利用目的達成後速やかに廃棄致します。ただし、JFWOまたは協賛・連携・協力先が、配信または販売するコンテンツにおいて、出展作品の説明として用いられているものについては、この限りではありません上記個人情報の利用にご同意いただけない場合は、TOKYO FASHION AWARDにおいてブランドとしてエントリーできません。同意を撤回した場合、前記エントリーが取り消されます。EEA域内から登録される場合、本個人情報は、媒体に収録された状態でEEA域外であるJFWOに転送され、JFWO内で処理されます。

利用目的

  • 担当者の氏名、連絡先所在地、 電話番号、携帯電話番号、FAX番号、電子メールアドレス、 海外コミュニケーションスタッフの氏名

    TOKYO FASHION AWARDに関する事項の連絡、会場での本人確認、会場での案内

  • デザイナー名

    TOKYO FASHION AWARDに関する事項の連絡、会場での本人確認、会場での案内、出展作品についての説明、TOKYO FASHION AWARDに関する広報,JFWOまたは協賛・連携・協力先が配信または販売するコンテンツに関する広報

For people residing in European Economic Areas (EEA)
[Regarding the management/handling of registered information]

The privileged information received, recorded on the medium sent to the Japan Fashion Week Organization (JFWO, hereinafter), will be in-put/stored in a computer of a company within Japan subcontracted by JFWO, to be appropriately distributed to various media, and the below specified uses. As for the medium sent to JFWO, it will be stored at JFWO for 3 years following the completion of the said TOKYO FASHION AWARD term, and the recorded information in-put/stored in the computer of the company in Japan subcontracted by JFWO, will be stored in said computer for 3 years following the completion of the said TOKYO FASHION AWARD term. The information distributed to paper and other medias will be disposed of as soon as said reason/aim of use has been completed/fulfilled. However, please note, information used in contents transmitted and/or sold by JFWO and/or sponsors/partners/supporters to explain exhibited pieces, will be exempt from the above said conditions. If in case you do not agree with these conditions on use of privileged information, your entry to participate inTOKYO FASHION AWARD as a brand will not be approved. If in case you withdraw your agreement, your entry too will be cancelled. If in case you are registering from within EEA margins, your privileged information will be forwarded to JFWO which is outside the EEA margin in the form of a recording on a medium and disposed of within JFWO.

Intended use

  • Name of person in charge of communicating with TOKYO FASHION AWARD Office (contact person), address/contact number of contact person, mobile phone number, fax number, e-mail address, name of person in charge of communication overseas

    For communication/informing of matters regarding TOKYO FASHION AWARD, identity verification at venues, guidance at venues

  • Name of daesigner

    For communication/informing of matters regarding TOKYO FASHION AWARD, identity verification at venues, guidance at venues, informing on exhibited pieces, publicity of TOKYO FASHION AWARD, publicity/promotion of contents transmitted and/or sold by JFWO and/or sponsors/partners/supporters.
