TOKYO FASHION AWARD（TFA）への応募動機
以前から海外展開を考えており、TOKYO FASHION AWARDはパリで展示会ができると知って、ブランドを始めた時からいつかは挑戦したいと思い、今回応募しました。
TFAの支援メニューについてはどう感じられましたか？どのメニューが魅力的に感じましたか？
パリで4シーズン展示会ができることが魅力的でした。ヨーロッパ自体初めて行くのですが、これをきっかけに自発的に色んなことに挑戦できると思いました。
受賞の連絡を受けた時のお気持ち
ブランド始めた頃から挑戦しようと思っていたので、電話をいただいた時は素直に嬉しかったです。展示会の搬出の日でかなり疲れていたのですが、疲れが吹っ飛びました。それから、すぐに親に電話しました。
これまでのTFA受賞デザイナーの活躍をご覧になって、どう感じられましたか？
頑張ります。
来年のパリのショールームでの発表や東京での凱旋イベントに向けての意気込みと、目標をお願いします。
影響を受けるのではなく、自分が与えに行くという気持ちで挑みたいです。単独ショーは初めてですが、学生の頃から憧れていました。 最高のチームで最高のショーをします！
ブランドとしての今後の展望・目標をお聞かせください。
一言で言いますと、日本を代表するブランドになります。
What motivated you to make an entry to the TOKYO FASHION AWARD (TFA)?
I had been thinking about expanding my business overseas since strated own brand, so when I found out TOKYO FASHION AWARD that can be hold an exhibition in Paris, I’ve always wanted to try to apply someday so tried in this year.
How do you feel about TFA’s support menu? Which menu do you feel to be the most attractive?
I was attracted by the fact that I will be hold exhibitions in Paris for 4 seasons on showroom.tokyo . It will first time to go to Europe itself, and I thought this would be a good opportunity for me to challenge many things spontaneously.
How did you feel when you received notice of winning the award?
I had been thinking of taking on this challenge to TOKYO FASHION AWARD since I started my brand, so I was honestly happy when I got the call about receiving award. It was the day I had to take out the exhibition, and I was quite tired, but the fatigue was gone. Then I called my parents right away.
Seeing the activities of past TFA award winning designers, how do you feel?
I’ll do my best.
Please tell us your fervor and objective towards the showroom presentation at Paris and triumphant return event at Tokyo next year.
I would like to take on this challenge with the feeling that I am going to give, rather than be influenced. This is my first solo runway show, but I've been longing for it since I was a student. I'm going to put on a great show with a great team!
Please tell us the brand’s prospects/goals from hereon.
In a word, my aim as brand that will be the brand that represents Japan.
