TOKYO FASHION AWARD（TFA）への応募動機
自身のクリエイションや、ブランドとしてのビジネスの発展において、通過点の一つと思い応募しました。来年一月、おそらくパリへの渡航が現実的になるタイミングと思います。そこに持ち込めるクオリティと実績が備わっていると評価いただけたことは光栄です。
TFAの支援メニューについてはどう感じられましたか？どのメニューが魅力的に感じましたか？
PR面でのサポートに強く魅力を感じました。 様々な支援の内容をフックに、自身での仕掛けなどで最大限に増幅させることが課題と思います。
受賞の連絡を受けた時のお気持ち
まずは安堵しました。 そして、これから忙しくなるなあ、と現実的な時間の制約を感じました。 受賞前提で来シーズンの仕込みを進めていたので、そのまま進めます。
来年のパリのショールームでの発表や東京での凱旋イベントに向けての意気込みと、目標をお願いします。
どこへ行っても魂は変わらないので、やることも一緒です。
自分の心が動く通りに、身体も動いてくれればと思います。
国境を越えても僕のパーソナリティーが現れたコレクションを作る様に心がけています。
東京での凱旋イベントについては、今は秘密です。
ブランドとしての今後の展望・目標をお聞かせください。
関わってくださる全ての人がポジティブになる事が一番です。 転がりながらも僕の創造力が続いてくことを願います。
What motivated you to make an entry to the TOKYO FASHION AWARD (TFA)?
In the development process of my creations and as a brand, I felt it was a checkpoint, so I decided to apply. Probably next January, just around the time we need to travel to Paris, I think timing-wise, overseas travel will become realistically possible. I am very honored for being praised as having the quality and experience to be a part of that.
How do you feel about TFA’s support menu? Which menu do you feel to be the most attractive?
I was strongly attracted to the support in PR aspects. Utilizing the various support contents as a hook, I think it is my task to amplify its effects to the max with devices of my own.
How did you feel when you received notice of winning the award?
First, I felt relieved. Then, I started to feel realistic limitations of time, and realized I’m going to get very busy from hereon. I’ve been proceeding with preparations for next season under the premise that I would win the award, so I will continue on with that.
Please tell us your fervor and objective towards the showroom presentation at Paris and triumphant return event at Tokyo next year.
Wherever I go, wherever I am, my spirit remains the same, so the things I do, the things I need to do also remains the same. I wish my body would move exactly as my heart does. Regardless of crossing any country boarders, I will always try to create a collection expressive of my personality. As for the triumphant return event in Tokyo, that’s a secret for now.
Please tell us the brand’s prospects/goals from hereon.
Being able to make everybody involved into a positive mindset is the most important. I hope my creativity will continue, even if I tumble and fall.
