CIOTA(シオタ)ディレクター：約20年間、百貨店アパレル、大手セレクト、コレクションブランドなどでデザインを手掛けたのち、2018年にSHIOTA(シオタ)（岡山県、中野勇希社長）に入社。同名（スペル違い）のブランド「CIOTA」を立ち上げる。

CIOTAは、岡山に本拠を構える縫製工場・生地製造販売会社、株式会社シオタが立ち上げたアパレルブランドです。
私たちCIOTAの特徴は、原料の選別から、生地のデザイン、生地織り、洋服のデザイン縫製仕様の考案、縫製まで、洋服作りにおけるすべての工程を自社で行えること。そして、すべての工程に徹底的にこだわること。
例えば、コットン生地は、すべて自社開発のオリジナルです。
原料にしているのは、インド南部でのみ栽培され、世界の綿の生産量においてわずか数パーセントしか収穫できないという最高級の貴重な超長繊細綿、スビンコットン。
CIOTAのコットンには、必ずスビンコットンが使用されていて、それらはすべて私たちのエクスクルーシブ生地です。
その光沢はシルクのようで、肌触りのなめらかさはカシミアに引けを取りません。
良質な生地は、ひらめきをもたらします。
CIOTAのデザインはトレンドではなく、生地からのインスピレーションに従ったもの。
シンプルなデザインは、生地の個性を際立たせるため。
自社工場での縫製によって、素材を活かした、ベーシックなコレクションを製作しています。
CIOTA is an apparel brand launched by Shiota Co., Ltd., a sewing factory and fabric manufacturing and sales company based in Okayama.
What distinguishes CIOTA is our ability to handle every step of the garment-making process in-house, from raw material selection and fabric design to weaving, garment design, sewing specification development, and sewing.
And we are meticulous about every single step.
For example, all of our cotton fabrics are original designs developed in-house.
The raw material we use is Suvin cotton, a precious, extra-long staple cotton cultivated only in southern India and accounting for only a few percent of the world's cotton production.
