富山県出身。YouthQuake所属。18歳で上京し、今の「YouthQuake」メンバーと出会い、ファッションや音楽の世界に興味を持つ。
大学在学中、独学でファッションデザイン、グラフィックデザイン、縫製を学ぶ。
卒業後、2人組のDJユニット「Fake Ass Flowers」としてTsukasaと共に活動。
2018年にTsukasaと共にアパレルブランド「FAF」を立ち上げデザインを担当。最近ではアーティストの衣装制作を監修。

東京都出身。コンゴ民主共和国の父と日本人の母の間に生まれる。幼い頃から父親の影響でファッションや音楽に触れる。
大学在学中、独学にてファッションデザイン、グラフィックデザインを学ぶ。
卒業後都内セレクトショップにてバイヤー、サブマネージャーを経験。
2018年にKazuhoと共にFAFを立ち上げディレクションを担当。
都内を中心に活動するクリエイティブユニット”YOUTHQUAKE”にグラフィックやアーティストのマーチャンダイズのディレクションなども手掛けている。
Kazuho / Designer
Originally from Toyama Prefecture. Affiliated with YouthQuake. Kazuho moved to Tokyo at the age of 18 and encountered the current members of "YouthQuake," sparking an interest in the world of fashion and music.
While studying at University, Kazuho self-study fashion design, graphic design, and sewing. After graduation from the university, Working alongside Tsukasa as the DJ duo "Fake Ass Flowers," they were active in the music scene. In 2018, Kazuho and Tsukasa launched the apparel brand "FAF," with Kazuho taking charge of the design. Recently, Kazuho has been involved in supervising costume production for artists.
Tsukasa / Director
Born in Tokyo, Tsukasa is the child of a Congolese father and a Japanese mother. Influenced by their father at a young age, Tsukasa developed an interest in fashion and music. While studying at University, Tsukasa self-taught fashion design and graphic design. After graduation, Tsukasa gained experience as a buyer and sub-manager at a select shop in Tokyo. In 2018, Tsukasa teamed up with Kazuho to launch FAF, taking on the role of director. Tsukasa is also involved in directing graphics and artist merchandise for the creative unit "YOUTHQUAKE," which is primarily active in Tokyo.

2018年よりカットソー、プリントを中心にアパレルの制作活動をスタート。
不定期でのPOP UP STOREでの販売をベースにカプセルコレクションを発表。
2021FWよりコレクションベースの展開をスタート。
[都市と自然のコントラスト] をテーマに掲げ、ものづくりの可能性を追求し現代のライフスタイルに寄り添ったプロダクトの開発を行なっている。
現在FAFでは3つのラインを展開している。
THENEWCOMMUNE : 展示会ベースで春夏、秋冬と年2回コレクションを発表している。ミリタリー、ワークウェアなどをベースに生地使いや日本各地に点在する伝統的な加工方法などを駆使し2次加工にもこだわり、物作りのタフさやグラフィックなどタイムレスでジャンルレスな服作りを通し自然と都市(東京)とのコントラストをブランドを通じて表現している。
PROTOTYPEシリーズ : 未完成な完成品をテーマに使い古されていくうちにプロダクトが完成していくバッグシリーズ。
RERAW : 伝統と革新をテーマに職人たちのクラフトマンシップの結晶ともいえるリメイクライン
縫製、染色、プリント、刺繍、ヴィンテージ加工、パッチワーク、再構築など、全ての工程で職人の技術を駆使した、「FAFの真骨頂」。
RE=再 RAW=漕ぐ 意味を合わせた造語で"伝統を革新させ再び漕ぎ出す"をテーマとしたプロダクトを展開している。
Since 2018, they have been engaged in apparel production, focusing on cut-and-sew garments and prints.
They started by selling their products through periodic pop-up stores and later began presenting capsule collections. Starting from the 2021 Fall/Winter season, they embarked on a collection-based approach.
Under the theme of "Contrast between Urban and Natural," they pursue the possibilities of creation and develop products that resonate with contemporary lifestyles.
FAF offers three distinct lines:
THENEWCOMMUNE: They present collections twice a year for the spring/summer and fall/winter seasons through exhibition-based showcases. Drawing inspiration from military and workwear aesthetics, they emphasize fabric choices and utilize traditional processing methods scattered throughout Japan. They also pay attention to secondary processing, focusing on the toughness of craftsmanship and timeless, genre-less clothing design. The brand expresses the contrast between nature and the urban (Tokyo) environment.
PROTOTYPE series: This bag series revolves around the theme of unfinished yet evolving products. The bags gradually reach completion through continued use, embodying the concept of imperfect perfection.
RERAW: With the theme of tradition and innovation, RERAW is a remade line that showcases the culmination of artisans' craftsmanship. Seamstresses, dyers, printers, embroiderers, vintage processors, and patchworkers employ their expertise in every step of the process. This line represents the essence of FAF, as it utilizes the artisans' skills and techniques to reconstruct and reimagine garments. The term "RE" signifies "re" or "again," while "RAW" means "to row." Combining these words, the brand explores the concept of "renewing tradition and setting sail again," offering products that align with this theme.
